Domestic Payment Terms

All domestic orders must be prepaid in U.S. dollars, payable to Angel Eyes USA, Inc. Sorry, no C.O.D.’s or personal checks. Your payment options include Postal Money Order, Cashier’s Check, Bank Wire Transfer, or Cash. We do not recommend sending cash through the mail.

International Payment Terms

All International Orders must be prepaid in US dollars. International payment options include; Bank Wire Transfer, Western Union Money Transfer, or a Certified Bank check drawn from a US bank in US dollars. Sorry, no Credit Cards accepted on International orders.

Sales Tax

Any order shipped within the state of New York is subject to sales tax. Unless purchased for resale or as a tax-exempt transaction. Angel Eyes USA, Inc. must have on file a valid New York State resale or tax-exempt certificate to qualify for an exemption.

Credit Card Orders

At this time we do not accept credit cards.

International Orders

Please E-mail your order to obtain your total cost including shipping, handling, and insurance. You will be provided payment instructions within 48 Hours after receipt of order. Angel Eyes is not responsible for any custom’s duties, import restrictions, and/or tariffs associated with an order. The buyer is responsible to check the laws that deal with importing whatever products are being purchased.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 48 Hours. In stock items generally ship within 48 hours after an order has been processed. In the event an item is out of stock you will be notified within 48 Hours to a scheduled ship date. Domestic shipments are generally delivered in 3 to 7 business days after receipt of cleared payment. International shipments are generally delivered in 7 to 14 business days after receipt of cleared payment. Please feel free to e-mail to check the availability of any item prior to placing your order.

Most shipments are made from Marion, NY. We ship with UPS, Federal Express, and USPS. Shipments made to destinations within the USA are generally shipped via UPS or USPS. Angel Eyes USA, Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged items once shipped. We strongly recommend insuring your shipment for the full value of purchase.

Other Conditions

By placing order and signing below, buyer states that he/she is of age and is purchasing item(s) that are in accordance with Federal, State and Local laws. Buyer also states that he/she is using the items in a lawful manner. Angel Eyes USA Inc. assumes no liability associated with product usage. Angel Eyes USA Inc. is not responsible for illegal use of these products or responsible if you purchase an item that is illegal to own or use in your state/country. It is the customer’s responsibility to check their own Federal, State and Local laws. Angel Eyes USA Inc. makes no recommendation as to the installation or usage of these products. The Buyer is liable and responsible for any loss, damage or expenses of any kind arising out of the use or misuse of these products
